Nostalgia Coca-Cola hot dog steamer features

Nostalgia Coca-Cola hot dog steamer has built in open water reservoir with a flat round heating element that is also built in to the bottom of the reservoir. The water reservoir has Max fill line and Min fill line. It steams up to 24 hot dogs and warms up to 12-buns simultaneously.

It has a 2 tier stackable plastic construction with top loading.

The bottom removable drawer is designed to steam dogs, the top one to warm up buns. The base has a three-position cooking dial with OFF-WARM-HIGH. The steamer has water level indicator window that allows you to see see the water level in reservoir and add more water if needed.

It measures 12.8 x 9.2 x 11.2 inches and weighs 3.9 pounds. This hot dog steamer has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). The plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way for safety. The power cord can be stored right under the base.

How to steam hot dogs in Nostalgia Coca-Cola hot dog steamer

1. Fill the Steaming Tray with cold water up to the desired level. Ensure that the water level does not exceed the MAX fill line and does not fall below the MIN fill line on the Water Level Indicator.
   NOTE: Depending on how long you use your unit, you may need
   to periodically refill the Steaming Tray with water.
2. Place up to 24 hot dogs in the Hot Dog Tray and close the tray. Place up to
   12 hot dog buns in the Bun Warming Tray and cover with the Top Lid.
3. Turn the Control Dial to HIGH to begin steaming hot dogs. Depending on the number of hot dogs in the tray, hot dogs may take 15-20 minutes to fully steam.
   NOTE: Periodically check hot dogs and hot dog buns to see if adequately cooked.
4. When hot dogs and buns are ready, carefully remove the Top Lid and pull open the Hot Dog Tray using an oven mitt. Using cooking tongs, take out a bun and fill with a hot dog.
5. Once hot dogs are fully steamed, keep warm by turning the Control Dial to WARM.
