The Breville food steamer is made of BPA FREE plastic parts and brushed stainless steel surface with dome vented stainless steel lid. The lid has 2 vents on two sides to release the pressure from both compartments.

The synchronize setting allows you to steam-cook a food with longer cooking time in a pot on High setting and other type of food with a shorter cooking time in another pot on Low setting simultaneously. The steaming starts in less than 30 seconds. The food steamer dimensions 9.2″ x 19.8″ x  10″. It weighs 10.9 lbs. 110 – 120 Volts.
