Tramontina pasta pot is constructed of 18/10 stainless steel. It consists of an outer 8 quart pasta pot, pasta insert, steamer basket and a tempered glass lid.
The outer pot has 3 ply encapsulated base with aluminum core for even heat distribution and magnetic stainless steel layer for induction compatibility.
Tramontina pasta pot is compatible with ceramic, gas and electric cook-tops.
Pot, pasta strainer and steamer have large cast stainless steel riveted handles for safe lifting and extra durability.
The glass lid doesn’t have a vent to release the steam. It means it will take less time to cook the food.
Tramontina pasta pot is safe for metal utensils. It’s dishwasher and oven-safe (up to 350 F or 176 C). It comes with a limited lifetime warranty. It’s made in China.
Tramontina pasta cooker pot dimensions
The pasta insert is 7.5 inches tall. The steamer basket is 3.5 inches tall. Pot diameter is 10 inches.
The perforated pasta strainer and steamer basket tightly fit the outer pasta pot.
There are approximately 2 inches of space between the bottom of the pasta insert and the bottom of the pot.
