How 3 tier stainless steel steamer works

The stainless steel water bot has a 2 step sided construction. When steaming a large amount of food, place 1 divider on the pot. Then place 1 tier on top of it and then add 1 divider on top of the tier. The bottom divider lets the steam go through the holes upward to the other tier.

The stainless steel domed lid with a glass in the middle allows you to steam food on the upper tier. Always place meats and other foods with long cooking time on the bottom tier.
