Note: Always place products with a longer cooking time in the bottom basket.
For steaming: add some water in an Instant pot and bring to a boil, place foods that you want to steam in the stackable baskets, cover with lid that has vents, place the baskets back into their handle for easy removal and insertion of baskets, place the stainless steel baskets including the handle inside the cooker and steam for required time until the desired crispness or softness. When it’s ready, open the lid and let the steam out. Lift and transfer the baskets holding on the handle. Serve food on a plate or bowl.
