How Tiger Micom 5.5-cup rice cooker works
The non-stick inner pot has water level markings inside for White and Brown rice.
Tiger Micom 5.5-cup rice cooker cooks 5.5 cups of dry white rice and 3.5 cups of dry brown rice. Use water level markings and rice measuring cup to cook perfect rice.
It doesn’t have time or temperature control. Synchrony-cooking allows you to cook rice and steam vegetables, meats and seafood at the same time.
Tiger Micom 5.5-cup rice cooker features the steam tray that has funnel in the middle and air vents on the side to release steam upward.
The juice from vegetables and meats doesn’t drip down to the rice. It stays in the steamer tray with vegetables and meats.
The steam is then released from the top to prevent flavors mix. The steamer basket is made of BPA FREE plastic.
The cookbook has many recipes for Synchrony-cooking function.
Slow cooking (2 hours) function allows you to cook soups, sauces, stews and other dishes.
